Safety Policies implemented due to COVID-19
- Patients who are sick (fever, cough, cold, flu symptoms) or have been exposed to COVID-19 should reschedule their appointment.
- All patients are required to wear a face mask and maintain their distance.
- To minimize contact, we offer patients virtual pre check-in via our Patient Portal. Activate your Patient Portal by proving our staff an email address.
- All patients will undergo screening questions inquiring about potential COVID-19 related symptoms.
- Patient temperatures will be checked via forehead scanners upon arrival.
- We have reorganized our office to maximize social distancing
- We are asking patients to arrive at their appointment alone, unless patient is a minor or caretaker is needed.
- Exam rooms are cleaned and disinfected frequently throughout the day and between patients.
- Televisit appointments remain available for patients who prefer to be seen virtually.
- Our staff continues wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and temperatures are taken daily.
