Dr. Todd T. Davis
Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and an Assistant Clinical Professor of Dermatology at the University of Illinois at Chicago
Dr. Todd T. Davis is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and an Assistant Clinical Professor of Dermatology at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He was granted a bachelor of arts with honors and a double major from Northwestern University. He then worked at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) while completing premedical courses at Loyola University in Chicago. Dr. Davis then earned a medical doctorate at the University of Illinois at Chicago where he was involved in melanoma research, was named a C.M. Craig Scholar and won the Adolph Rostenberg, Jr. Award for Outstanding Student in Dermatology. An internship in Internal Medicine as well as residency in Dermatology were both completed at the University of Illinois at Chicago. While a resident, Dr. Davis presented at local and national Dermatologic meetings.
Dr. Davis is a Fellow of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery and a member of the American Society for Mohs Surgery, Chicago Dermatological Society, the American College of Phlebology, the Medical Dermatology Society, the Illinois State Medical Society, the American Medical Association and Great Lakes Dermatological Society. Dr. Davis strives to provide superior patient care in a professional and friendly environment. Medical and Surgical treatments of all diseases of the skin, hair and nails occurring in patients of all ages (pediatric to geriatric) are provided. Cosmetic concerns are also addressed as a regular part of his practice.
Dr. Davis was born and raised in Elmhurst where he resides with his wife Joy and their three children.
Dr. Haider K. Bangash
Dr. Haider K. Bangash completed his Dermatology residency at The University of Chicago, where he was a Resident Liaison for the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. He participated in multiple research projects and in 2010 he was named the Honorary Research officer at the University of Chicago. Prior to his residency at the University of Chicago, Dr. Bangash completed an Internship in Internal Medicine at The University of Connecticut Health Center.
He then pursued a clinical and research fellowship in lasers under the guidance of Dr. Omar Ibrahimi at the Connecticut Skin Institute in Stamford, Connecticut. Dr. Bangash completed his medical school at The Aga Khan University Medical College.
Dr. Bangash is honored to serve Elmhurst and the surrounding community and looks forward to providing excellent patient care.
Kelly M. Farell, PA-C
Kelly M. Farell is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant, certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), and licensed by Illinois to practice and prescribe medicine. Kelly received her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Augustana College and her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Toledo.
She enjoys treating a variety of dermatologic conditions and strives to educate patients on their overall skin health. As a former member of Augustana’s soccer team, Kelly likes to run, play soccer, and wakeboard in her free time.
